Eleanor Sue Ainsworth

June 21,1950 - July 3, 2022

 

Eleanor Sue Ainsworth, 72, of Marysville, AR, passed away Sunday, July 3,

2022 at her home surrounded by her family.

 

Sue was born June 21, 1950 in El Dorado, AR to the late Roy Edwards and

Murlease Jacks Edwards Wooley.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents, Sid and Minnie

Edwards, Carl and Ada Jacks, her step-father, Rueben Wooley, her in-laws,

Martel and Joy Ainsworth.

 

Sue married the love of her life Mike Ainsworth on May 29, 1970 and spent 52

wonderful years with him. She was a beloved wife, mother, granny and

friend. Nothing made her happier than spending time with her family and

friends. She loved cooking big delicious meals and was the best at it for those

she loved.  Her chocolate cake, butterfinger pie, and cornbread were legendary

if you ask her grandchildren. Sue and husband Mike loved camping with

their friends especially the Derrick City Sams Chapter around the beautiful

State of Arkansas. She was truly one of a kind.

 

Survivors include her husband, Mike Ainsworth of Marysville, one son,

Steven Ainsworth and wife Dawn of Bryant, four grandchildren, Jaxon,

Aidan, Keegan, and Paityn, along with numerous family members and

countless friends near and dear to her.

 

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the

Bailey Funeral Home.

 

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 7., 2022 at the Bailey

Funeral Home chapel in El Dorado, AR with Bro. Steve Davis

officiating. Interment will be in the Village Cemetery, Village, AR under the

direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR
