Michael Richard Havlik, 71, of Stuttgart died Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at Baptist Health-Springhill.

Mike was born August 25, 1941, in Carlisle to Mike and Florence Plafcan Havlik. He was a graduate
of Carlisle High School and received his Associates Degree in Accounting from Draughn School of
Business. He was a FFA Alumni, and member of Jaycees, Ulm Civic Club and Two-Cylinder's Club
and a charter member of Slovak Fire Department. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic
Church and was a 4th degree Knight's of Columbus. He loved hunting, fishing and camping and
he and his wife were active in the Good Sam Mallards. His favorite pastime was raising Canadian
Geese, mallard ducks and emus. He was retired from farming and USDA.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Hoke Havlik; her parents,
George and Mildred Hoke; father-in-law, Albert Luebker; and son-in-law, Bruce Kizzire.

Survivors are his wife, Patricia Luebker Collier Havlik;
Children, Tami (Rick) Koenig and Todd Havlik of Slovak and Debra Kizzire, Brad (Melinda)
Collier and Angie (Jeff) Gore of Stuttgart;
Brother, Joe (Karen) Havlik of Bald Knob;
Mother-in-law, Edris Luebker of Stuttgart;

Eight grandchildren, John Ben (Beth) Koenig, Ashli Koenig, Melissa (Chris) McCarty,
Peyton Kizzire, Heather (Tony) Montgomery, Kaley Gore, Jillian Collier and Jordan Collier;
Three great-grandchildren, Meritt McCarty, Emma McCarty and Haiden Montgomery
with two on the way.

Funeral mass is 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Visitation is 5-7 p.m.
Thursday at Turpin Funeral Home with Rosary following at 7 p.m. Burial is 3:30 p.m.
at Wolfe Cemetery in Oppelo, Arkansas by Turpin Funeral Home of Stuttgart.
