Mary L. Tyson, 77, of Hot Springs,
Arkansas, passed away December 18, 2021.
She was born March 27, 1944, in Pinkneyville, Illinois to Lance Tracy and Loacie
Dixon.
Mary was a faithful member of
Meadow View Baptist Church. She retired from
Falcon Jet Little Rock. Mary loved
doing yard work and working in the kitchen at
Meadow View Baptist Church on
Wednesday nights. She also served in the
Army National Guard.
Mary was preceded in death by her
husband, Granville "Ty'' Tyson; daughter,
Tina Brant; mother, Loacie Dixon; father, Lance Tracy; brother, James Tracy;
sister, Geneva Barber; and stepdaughter,
Ronda Miller.
Survivors include her grandsons,
David (Michelle) Majersky; Ryan Majersky;
sister, Billie (Robert) Lewallen, three stepsons, Scott (Rita) Tyson, Lewis Tyson
and Mike Tyson; great grandchildren,
nieces, nephews, cousin and a host of
friends.
Pallbearers are David Majersky, Ryan Majersky, Brian Lewallen, Zach Glisson,
Brent Tyson and Scott Chaloner.
A celebration of Mary's life will
be Wednesday 10:00 a.m. at Caruth Hale Funeral
Home with Rev. Timothy Lewallen officiating. Visitation will start at 9:00
a.m.
Burial will follow at Crestview
Cemetery.
Though She's gone, She is not forgotten.
Though absent, She remains in spirit.
Though once a worker, She now rests.
