William "Bill" Edward O'Neal

William "Bill" Edward O'Neal of Texarkana, AR died August 20, 2010
after a lengthy illness. Mr. O'Neal was born Aug. 5, 1913 in Kirlin, AR.
He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and a retired
switchmen from Texas and Pacific Railroad. He was a Scottish Rite
32 Degree mason, a perpetual member of Edwards Masonic Lodge
#593, Arkansas Order of Amaranth, and Order of the Ester Star #78.
He held a Demolay Legion of Honor and a member of Goodsams
Club. He was preceded in Death by his wife, Julia O'Neal, one sister
Augusta Crawford, and one granddaughter, Deborah King.
Survivors include his wife Ethel O'Neal of Texarkana, AR; one son
and daughter-in-law Charles and Wanda Sangalli of Texarkana, AR;
two daughters and son-in-laws, Betty and Joe Culling of Trenton, TX,
Sharon and Rudy Martinez of Joplin, MO; one brother, Patrick O'Neal
of Fayetteville, AR; four grandsons, Michael Sangalli of Texarkana, AR,
Terry Larey of Grove, OK, Marcus Larey of Shallotte, NC, and Joe David
Culling of Anna, TX; five granddaughters, Vickie Thomas of Fouke, AR,
Monica Woodson of Richardson, TX, Patricia Woodruff and Julia Crook
of Trenton, TX, and Denisha Gonzalez of Grove, OK; 16 great grand
children and 3 great great grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces
and friends. Services was Monday, August 23, 2010 at East Memorial
Chapel - Downtown with Norm Melton and Marcus Larey officiating.
Burial was at East Memorial Gardens under the direction of East...
